The Firle
- Description
- The sofa frame is made from solid beech with a separate base frame to make access to tight spaces easier.
Firle comes from the old-English/Anglo-Saxon word fierol which means overgrown with Oak.
- Materials used
- Made with certified sustainable kiln dried hardwood.
Seat cushion foam core designed with feather and down quilted wrap, for extreme comfort.
Sinuous wiring sprung seat and back. The back fabric has been sewn and place buttoned to give a structured but still soft feel.
- Craft notes
- The arms have been additionally shaped and upholstered on the inside to create a softened look and a very comfortable feel.
The solid beech show wood frame is fully detachable to allow for easier accessability.
This design can be value engineered to suit your preferred style, dimensions and budget.
